How can an airplane carry so many passengers along with so much freight? There are four forces actingon an airplane – the thrust, the forward acting force (propulsion by a jet engine); lift, the upward actingforce; weight or gravity, the downward acting force; and drag, the backward acting force to the forward movement (caused by air or wind resistance). In this experiment, we are going to study more about the lift force in aerodynamics and Bernoulli‟s principle.
